Coaching for

an Abundant Life

“Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” - Howard Thurman

Hi! I’m Shelly and I look forward to coming alongside you in this journey called Life!  Whether you are dissatisfied with your circumstances, hungry for more, or walking in success but reaching for upgrades, working with a coach can accelerate your growth and move you beyond your imagination!  Let’s dream together and ignite a ripple effect of transformed lives!!

Coaching for Life

  • Coaching for LIFE because YOUR life is worth it.  I’m passionate about helping my friends and clients discover their true identity.

  • Coaching for LIFE because we are designed to thrive, but many of us are merely surviving.  I’m equipped and devoted to helping you establish the thought patterns needed to master the details of life so that you can live in your destiny.

  • And Coaching for LIFE because it’s so transformational it will become a Lifestyle!

So how does it work?

  1. I will listen, ask powerful questions, and lead you to self-discoveries that motivate you to action.  I’ll then hold you accountable as you build habits for lasting change.

  2. I will hold hope for you, even when you can’t see it, serving you wholeheartedly with integrity and anticipation of breakthrough.

  3. You will show up, learn to take thoughts captive, expand your vision, and level up!

  4. We can meet via Zoom or in-person in Waynesboro, PA

  5. Following a free consultation, we will develop a fee-based plan to fit your individual needs

A little about me:

With an MA in Cross-Cultural Studies, I have traveled extensively and lived internationally for 10 years. I coached competitive gymnastics for 25+ years, as well as ministry teams and interns. As a Certified Lifecoach through Covenant Coach Academy, I am passionate about coming alongside those hungry for change or direction in any area of their lives, facilitating their ability to hear God and discover their true identity. My experiences in cross-cultural ministry, and also as a mom, “nomad’, and bereaved parent particularly equip me for engaging with those navigating change, loss, or parenthood regardless of religious affiliation.
